Project Properties Dialog too small on Mac OS X. The Apple LaF 
render Buttons if they have too few height or width as squarely.

This occurred in:
Project Properties of Java Application ->Libraries
Project Properties of Web Application ->Sources

In the Project Properties of Module Project ->API Versioning the 
Public Packages List is too small.

Also in Project Properties of Module Project -> Module List the 
table has no border.

I delete .netbeans/dev before i take the screenshots, so all 
should be standard sizes. Maybe the Project Properties Dialog 
should have a minimum size.

Probably needs to be split up and refiled for separate modules, I guess, since
AFAIK every project type sets its preferred size for the properties dialog - true?
