Project Properties Dialog too small on Mac OS X.

In the Project Properties of Module Project ->API Versioning the 
Public Packages List is too small.

I delete .netbeans/dev before i take the screenshots, so all 
should be standard sizes. 

Maybe the Project Properties Dialog 
should have a minimum size.

Yes, quite ugly. Is this default font for MacOS? Milosi feel free to comment,
test, help with this with your Mac :). Thanks.

The "Module Type" choices are now aligned in line. Hope it helped. (was fixed in
the past - no commit log, sorry)
