Extend the spec to describe exactly the name and short
description (tooltip) of node properties it
defines. The
name is in most cases clear, but the tooltip is
not. However, in some cases even the name is unclear,
e.g. the 5.1.2.1 Hide sources that aren't under
organizers - this sounds like good tooltip, but it's
quite long for the property name.
