Install latest trunk build (all bundle) and go to Tools|Plugins|Installed, the "Base IDE" looks deactivated. Select all items (ctrl+a) and press Activate, everything is activated but Base IDE. If I check Base IDE, only Uninstall button is enabled. Restarting IDE doesn't help.

I'm not sure if it should be P3 or P2, so please change the priority if needed.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201109060600)
Java: 1.7.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.0-b17
System: Linux version 2.6.38-11-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

I guess it is far from being a priority issue.
