Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.1 Beta (Build 201109222201)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.0-b17


It is obviously active since the IDE is running and going into details show its modules active. I thought it was meant to be disabled (user not able to deactivate).

In product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20120426-7e148dee22e5) the Base IDE seems to be active after start with empty user directory.
