I keep having an error popup out of the blue something about the ErrorAnnotator.  Does not matter what I am doing that's not the bug I'm reporting.  So I pressed the report problem button on the dialog.  A dialog popped up with "Connecting..." as the title.  After a moment the title switched to "Report Problem" but the dialog is blank.  No push buttons no controls nothing.

Please provide : JDK version/build number, NB version/build number and reopen. Thanks in advance.
