This issue serves as a tracking the more general issue of doing some more clean
up in the Tools|Options Menu for 3.4. This issue observed in the 3.3 builds.

One specific example is the placement of the MDI/SDI option under the IDE
Configuration->System Settings. 
A number of people, including myself, and a demo engineer had expected to see
this option under IDE Configuration->Look&Feel, and didn't know where else to
look to find it.

this issue is addressed by the options redesign.
