Description Pavel Buzek 2001-10-03 14:24:28 UTC
When you have multiple windows open (e.g. Editor, Options, ..) on the desktop area in MDI,
you have to go to second submenu of Windows menu to switch between those windows.
I would find it much more convenient if the list of windows on current workspace would
be directly in the window menu, as it is usual in many software products.

Evaluation:
Yes, this is clear and right to do IMO as well.
Comment 8 David Simonek 2002-01-31 17:56:48 UTC
Yep, will be probably tightly coupled with 11010.

Integrated to main trunk. List of modes on current workspace is now in
menu Window.

I have filed issues:
P3 issue 22711 - Focus is not transferred correctly using menu Window
Comment 14 Chris Ledantec 2002-04-30 14:39:50 UTC
just a quick question: why the radio buttons next to the window titles?
Comment 15 mslama 2002-04-30 14:47:30 UTC
Ask Jano Rojcek. He suggested it. IMO it is to make clear what window
is currently selected. I think it is good.
Comment 16 jrojcek 2002-04-30 15:30:24 UTC
Selected radio button indicates frame that contains active view
(TopComponent). Other window menu actions like "Frame Resides",
"Attach MDI Frame" are performed with that window.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
