In MDI mode, normally users will maximize Internal windows, thus can't select 
an Internal windows by mouse. Users normally use Ctrl-F6 to circle through 
them. In fact, there're list of opened windows of each Workspace in Window 
menu, but they are located at 3rd layer. It would be nice to put the list of 
internal windows of current workspace at the end of Window menu - like any 
popular MDI applications.

Eval: It is only a UI question, it should be discussed on the nbui
list. In fact only a menu folder would be moved from one place to
another place.
