Verify that enhancement issue 11010 and issue
16174 are fixed, and extend test cases for window
system.

New test cases created and commited to CVS.

2. No regression arise

switch MDI -> SDI
P3 issue 22380 - Maximized window's buttons are in the menu bar after
switching projects
P3 issue 22810 - [Windows L&F] Buttons for maximized window aren't
visible after close|reopen
P3 issue 22711 - Focus is not transferred correctly using menu Window
