some actions (like 'undo', 'redo', and 'toggle comment') do not seem to be in the keymap anywhere, so you can't edit the
keystrokes for them. interestingly, the default keystrokes (like ctrl-z for 'undo') do seem to work anyway.

0. download the java se version of netbeans
1. tools-->options
2! select the 'keymap' section.  some actions simply aren't there.

this has actually been a problem since the 6.0 milestones.
