This issue affects the New Project and New File wizards.  It probably affects other that share the code that handles this.

To reproduce -
File | New Project - select any project type e.g. Jave Project.
Note the Description panel contains appropriate text.
Hit <Next>, then hit <Back> to return to the first page of the wizard.
Note the Description panel is now gray and devoid of text.

You can now select any project type and there will be no description displayed.  The only way I know to get it back is
to cancel the wizard and restart it.

This worked in 6.0.  It does not work in trunk or 6.1 beta, on either Solaris or Windows.
