Using dev build 200802270005, when using the New Project wizard, the description (provided in the Description pane at
lower region of wizard in Step 1) does not display if user clicks Back (i.e., back to Step 1).

e.g.:

1.  Ctrl-Shift-N to New Project wizard
2.  Choose Java > Java Application
3.  Click Next
4.  Click Back
