When the Installer shows list of modules to install the list contains "Activate"
column. Chckboxes in this column are not responding to user input - probably
their presence at the panel is redundant or they should be rendered as disabled
(optionally they should not be there if there is no reason to have them there).

Checkboxes were removed. Fixed together with issue 99640.
