After instalation of Creator Pack:
Create Web Application, create CSS file
right click on CSS file in project view, popup menu appears, but 
Check CSS
Copy HTML style
Copy XML style
are missing, after uninstalling Creator Pack all of them appears again.

Evaluation:
Check CSS is not valid anymore and we have in built error highlighting. However,
I'll take a look at copy HTML/XML styles

Fixed in NB 6.0 after merging the two CSS Editor

valid for 6.0, the actions should be in the node's popup
