The web.xml editor in 6.0M6 no longer offers the General, Servlets, Filters,
etc. options, instead showing only the raw XML-style editor.

The visual editor for web.xml will be enabled again when the j2ee/ddloaders 
module has been migrated to the new java infrastructure.
