Why can't this be done?  It is simply adding a width and height property to the properties window of the image viewer. 
The width and height in pixels is just as important as file size, name and location.

This can be done. And also many other enhancements can be done. And all bugs can be fixed so that the IDE becomes
bug-free. It's just a matter of resources (people, time, money).

The Image module is relatively simple - maybe you could help by providing a patch. If you provide one, I promise I will
review it and integrate it to the source base as soon as possible.

Sorry for sounding pushy.  You guys are doing a great job and I love NetBeans 6.  I'll be buying a book on the NetBeans
6 platform so that I can one day write plugins and contribute.
