Inside Runtime tab, every remote AS registered there has icon as if it is
running in debug mode, even when this is not true. Could this be detected in the
same way as by local instances?

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Start a remote instance of glassfish, NOT with --debug switch
2) Register the instance inside runtime tab
=> The remote server always uses icon suggesting it's running in debug mode
