Vince has agreed to fix this. I think NB 5.5.1 is the right place.

I have fixed it on the GlassFish side so that the NetBeans 5.5 (released) bits
don't have to change to recognize the latest GlassFish V2 domains.

But NB 5.5 plugin depends on the DOCTYPE in the template as a wrong interface
to deduce something. We have discussed about how to make the use of public
interfaces of GlassFish Application Server to deduce the same thing.

I'd like to see this fixed in NB 5.5.1.
