I was trying to install netbeans-blueJ in Windows98 SE, it says: "Error:
F:\bluej is not writable." I tried many other folders (other disks, non-root..),
but it just won´t work. Is there some version without installer, just copying
files from zip?

Win 98 is not supported platform. See Release Notes of NetBeans IDE 5.0.
