When 'right clicking' a component in the Design mode and selecting Properties, 
the first time it will show as a normal panel, with the right size. After one 
or more actions like above, the Properties window will show with a minimal size 
where no contents os shown. This panel can be enlarged and then show the 
correct contents. This is annoying.

This annoying issue has been already reproted, but thanks anyway.
