netbeans 5.5 qbuild20060906200:
To reproduce:
Start ide with jdk 1.5.0_08. Open a java project with JPanel. In the editor
window, there are two buttons have ... labels. See attached snapshots for detail.
This also affects other modules using this feature, e.g. Creator, XML editor.

Duplicate of isse 56598. It's unfortunatelly JDK bug but it should be  fixed
now. Thanks for your report.
