First time New Project dialog opened in an IDE session, ArrayOutOfBoundsException is thrown. Annoyance. 
New Project can continue and it doesn't happen if you reopen New Project dialog in same IDE session

fixed in trunk and also merged into 5.5 branch (post beta2)
