JSR 224, section 3.5:

"...The javax.jws.WebMethod annotation MAY be used to customize the value of the
name attribute of wsdl:operation element and MUST be used to resolve naming
conflicts...."

We should show a hint suggesting to use @WebMethod(name="") or to rename
overloaded method.
