JSR 224 in section 3 defines several rules for java classes, interfaces,... in
webservices area to be successfully mapped to wsdl. Violation of some of these
rules is considered as user-level error so user should be notified about them
immediately in editor (using hints, errors) not only after a try to build whole
project.

This is an umbrella issue for possible enhancements in this area.

we will not be able to deliver this set features for NB 5.5, setting target date
to "future"
