If Forte4java is run on an 800x600 screen, the
Component Palette in the upper right corner
is chopped off, making the right-most components
inaccessible.

The window cannot be enlarged beyond a maximum
width, and there are no scroll bars.
I suggest you provide both of these features.

Component palette is a container, so you can move it to a new toolbar line
under all toolbars and see all components.
