Description Antanas Radzius 2000-08-23 12:57:03 UTC
I would suggest renaming source file when main class is renamed(from editor or
explorer).
Since if the main class of a Java source
is renamed, it will be invalid unless the source file is also renamed.
Comment 1 Svata Dedic 2000-08-23 13:16:59 UTC
Agreed; but what would be more correct behaviour if the file can't be renamed ?
Rename class but not file (and make the source uncompilable), or better cancel
rename of the class too ?
Comment 2 Antanas Radzius 2000-08-23 15:44:59 UTC
I would say if the can't be renamed don't rename class too.
But show the user some dialog with info why class can't be renamed.
Comment 3 Svata Dedic 2000-08-25 12:52:59 UTC
Fixed [dev-22]
Comment 4 Jan Becicka 2000-10-06 14:51:59 UTC
[1117] not implemented.
Comment 5 Svata Dedic 2000-10-30 09:16:59 UTC
It is working in NetBeans; as it is a new feature (that may lead to some
problems), it will *not* be present in F4j CE 2.0
