ObRenameTest/aForm.java [14:1] Public class ObRenameTest.BubbleSchnitzel is defined in D:/Projects/test/ObRenameTest/aForm.java and must be defined in a file called "BubbleSchnitzel.java".

I think it is as designed.
So there is suggestion: if user rename public class OB will ask him whether he wants to rename the file too. Or second idea: in rename dialog there would be checkbox "rename also source file".

According to jarda it is not as designed. Renaming of public class should always cause file to be renamed.
