There is a "Tools | Add to Palette" popup menu action available on java files.
This action adds the class into Form Editor palette. This action is available
also on java files in Mobility projects. Therefore users could be confused in
which palette (Form Editor or Visual Mobility Designer) the class appears.

Please, unify this action for all palette providers, so users will know which
palette they are going to use.
