This is an umbrella issue for the following problem:

"Set as Main Project" check box should be separated from other components as it
is not a project setting. It just tell the IDE how to handle this project after
creating it.
Instead of using the separator we should put the check box below other
components. So that the check box is at the bottom of the wizard panel.

For more info see issue #56767. Similar issues should be entered for all other
project types.

Most project types seems to be fixed, so yes, we can close this issue.
