1. Create new project

2. Add a filesystem
3. Add to the project any node with some subnodes
4. Add to the project any subnode (for example class)
5. Open the node and rename the class which is added to the project aswell.
6. Rename the class in Project tab and this link should dissapear.

I think it will not disappear, but the link will be marked as broken.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
