If you have NB installed ant want to re-install it the procedure is that you
have to de-install it first and then re-install it. I.e. the installer blocks
you right now from re-installing NB if it is already installed in a certain
directory.

Instead there should be a question asking whether the user wants to re-install
NB if it finds a previuos installation. As an example for this, the installer of
the JDK 6 development builds.
