I am a new Netbeans user and recently installed 4.1. The very first project I
started to work on ran into a problem which appeared to have been fixed last
year. When I try to launch netbeans after i created and saved the project, it
keeps popping up the scanning classpath dialog forever. I am using Win 2k with
both JDK 1.4 and 1.5. It could be using 1.5. I am not sure and now that the
launching is broken I cant check for sure. But I have
the following settings in build.properties.

default.javac.source=1.4
default.javac.target=1.4
