NB4.1 with JBuilder importer

When I imported the project from the JBuilder and it was the first one I've
opened in NB4.1 it hasn't been set as the main project, I think it should be.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
