Build 200504010747

1) Start IDE with web.xml editor open
2) Make some change either in text editor or in graphical editor
3) Close editor (close badge)
4) ERROR:
no save offered.

5) Open web.xml editor again
6) Close it again
7) OK - Save dialog appears.

Seems to be fixed, please reopen if you can still reproduce this.

Verified - fixed a long time ago
