Currently, the project window has a flat display
of packages. This can be tiresome if you have a
lot of deep package subtrees and the one you need
to work on is at or near the bottom. A
heirarchical view of the packages (as in the files
view ) would ease the pain.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen.
