Split current extbrowser module to platform
dependent ones and enable them according to
current OS as is described in
file:///opt/devel/nbtrunk/nb_all/nbbuild/mymodules_javadoc/OpenAPIs/apichanges.html#modules
and in
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=46833 

This can reduce a lot of problems with correct
ordering and hiding/showing browsers in options.
