The "Test Project" action on J2SE projects does
not have an associated icon.  This prevents a user
from adding it to the build toolbar.  Since the
recommended practice for working with unit tests
is to run them every time any changes are made to
the project, this action should be on the toolbar
next to the build button.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen.
