The project properties UI for freeform projects used to have different icons for different panels. They've been gone for a week now and I'm starting to miss them.

Icons for the panels of all project properties dialogs were
intentionally removed; maybe Jano can explain why.

We used the icons in NetBeans a lot and the result was a very visually cluttered user 
interface. We are removing the icons from places where the icons don't add any value. The  
Project Properties is such place.
