Panel Specify Web Service Client Information -
Choose File Type
In case the WSDL file text filed is empty, the
button Finish should be disabled. If you click on
the button with empty WSDL file value get exception.

Button validation/enabling hadn't been implemented yet.  It is now.

This is enhancement to enable the ability to retrieve a WSDL from a
running server.
