Web Service Client wizard accessible in web apps
via File | New .. can get as input WSDL the URL
where WSDL file is located.
Input text box is on first panel: Specify Web
Service Client Information.

I don't understand.  Are you saying you typed in a URL and we didn't
check to see that it was an invalid File Spec?  Or are you saying we
should enable the ability to retrieve a WSDL from a running server
(Feature for RR, probably EA2, but not for EA1)  Or something else
entirely?

This is enhancement, suggested by Sigal Duek, to enable the ability to

running server.

As mentioned, this is planned as well as some other possible avenues.
 It is not likely to make EA1 but is likely for EA2.
