Failed on both mine linux machines - dell latitude as well as dell
precioso 220

testCVS failed when help window stayed opened. I filed #47150 because
cvs badly interact with the help window and additionally I added code
to close help window before each test case from the suite. It should
improve stability.

Issue 47150 fixed, so the commit validation should pass again.

Succeeded once on both machines.
