project type is "project with existing ant
script". i forgot to add some libraries when
creating the project and added them to a later
point. but the classes from those libs were not
accessible, until i restarted the ide.

Patched in trunk (Classpaths + ClasspathsTest).

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
