Hi,

I tried install 4.0 (both daily and q-build). The
installer fails with the following error:

This is happening on both Windows XP and Linux
(RedHat 9).

Hi,
it seems to be known bug of InstallShield -- see issue #26965. Try
suggested workaround:
Temporarily remove "${JDKHOME}/jre/lib/endorsed/sax.jar" for the
installation.
