Invoke the New Project wizard and click on a category which isn't 
selected. After clicking the category the description for this 
category is shown but only for a very short time, because the 
first project template in the project list is automatically selected 
and the description for it is shown.

I think selecting the first template automatically in the list is 
good. The problem is with showing the description for the 
category for a very short time. I think that the correct behavior is 
to not show the category description at all.

OK no showing of category description in either project or file wizard.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
