Something got broken w.r.t. VCS stuff recently, I
think. I just tried 040608.

1. My existing mounts were still listed in the
Versioning Manager, but did not appear in the
Versioning Explorer. To be safe, I deleted the
existing mounts and readded a fresh mount for nb_all.

2. I cannot see any CVS-specific actions for any
files or folders anywhere in the Projects or Files
or Favorites tabs: no CVS annotations, no context
menu items (except plain Refresh on folder nodes),
no items in Versioning menu except global actions.
Restarting the IDE does not help.

Probably dupe of issue #44522.

Yes, it's a duplicate of issue #44522. I don't remember to do any
changes that could cause this recently. I'll try to find out what's
wrong...
