Doesn't happen to me of course. Does it happen to anyone else? What
JDK and operating system are you using? (You marked this issue "All"
for OS which is probably wrong - assuming XP.)

There is something timing-related in this test method so I will just
exclude it from the commit validation suite since I have no idea how
to reproduce the problem nor what to do with it. It tests that after
writing a file, the timestamp changes.
