Build 200405161800

Double-click on the HTML file node causes "View in
browser" action instead of expected "Open in
editor" action.

BTW: The same happens after creating a new HTML
file using wizard -- the created HTML file is
opened in editor AND viewed in browser (viewing
just created HTML file doesn't seem to be expected
action ;-)).

Fixed by changing default action
