The folder specified in the Folder text field should be expanded 
and selected in the Browse Folder dialog. If none folder is 
specified then the Project Folder is selected and its children 
expanded.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
