After I try the described workaround the UI 
starts but Code completion does not work (too 
many different errors to mention here) 

Please!! please!! please!! inform users in 
advance, that trying to install 3.6 is a waste of 
time if sax.jar is not moved temporarily away. 
For new users it takes hours to understand your 
Knowledgebase (don't believe?). The keyword 
wizard.inf can't be found in the issues - a 
wonderfull (bug?) in your bug system. I like 
Netbeans so hopefully this absolute essential 
error will be fixed with the other ones

Sorry for the problems. I modified original bug summary.
As you can read there, it's InstallShield bug and there's no any way
how to fix it :-(.

BTW: Which workaround have you used?
